Suited

When it comes to dressing for work, I keep with the classic silhouettes. With the hot temps outside and the very cold temps in the office, a three piece suit does the trick. Erring on the side of being boring, I always look for pieces with some embellishment. A zipper here, a hint of print there and a pop of color always does the trick! I like to bring some pizzaz into cube land. Each piece worn here were all purchased separately. A black blazer is something all working girls must own. When all else fails, just throw a blazer on and you are good to go. As for these cropped pants, the zippers give this look a slight edge along with these kick-ass pumps with the elastic criss-cross (P.S. The marisa fit is my FAVE pant cut from Loft). Tossed in a hint of print with this oldie but goodie black and white animal print tank I found buried in my dresser. Always love finding these long lost pieces. It's like shopping in my own closet! Don't you love when that happens? But really, this blazer-pant deal can be recycled a hundred and one ways with as many tops as you own.

Anyhow, we are at the peak of the week. Only a few more days to go and its the freakin' weekend!
