Fuzzy Plaid
This was the first weekend Dan and I spent as a married couple. And so begins many of our 'firsts'. Luckily for us, this is the only major holiday where we will need to split our time. We spent the first half of our day with my family, where we indulged in Vietnamese food (noodle soup, soup, egg rolls). The second half of our day was spent with Dan's family, where we dined on a more traditional meal (turkey, stuffing, mashed, etc). Thankfully, our families are about 30 minutes apart, which helps minimize the amount of time spent in our car.
I feel like I always talk a big game about how much I am going to eat at Thanksgiving. But I guess I didn't because my skinny jeans didn't require that I undo the top button. That's usually a good indicator of how much I ate. We did bring back a ton of leftovers, which fed us for the next few days!
