Jersey in Jerusalem

One of my favorite items this summer are all things maxi; dress and skirt. The fit and ease of one makes it a go-to staple for the summer. Not to mention its versatility; it can easily be dressed up or kept casual, based on how you accessorize. Naturally, I had to pack my black jersey maxi for the trip to the land of milk and honey. The best part about this dress is that even though it was squished in my luggage, it did not wrinkle one bit!

While in Jerusalem, we stayed at the Inbal hotel, which was by far the best hotel we stayed at while in Israel. There were cute little parks surrounding the hotel, which led to this impromptu photo shoot. Towards the end of our trip, the tour company put together a dinner for the group. We were advised to 'dress up' so it was time to pull out the maxi. Unbeknownst to us, the dinner was a legit Bar/Bat Mitzvah for about 20 of the kids on the tour. No joke, I did the macarana that night and wore glow stick necklaces/bracelets. So thankful for the stretch in the dress as it lent to a night of dancing to silly songs I have not danced to since middle school. After finishing my glass of manischewitz wine, it was off to bed I went (which was 11 pm; I am such a nana).
