Double Dose Of Denim

Ray Ban_Blue Lemon Paris_Loft_Calico_James Jeans_Anthropologie_coverAbout a week and a half ago, I made a very quick business trip to the Toronto office with Le Boss. This was my second time in the city. My first trip was a few years back with my bestie Alison and we had a grand ole' time exploring. Sad for me, this trip was a one-nighter with minimal me time to roam the city. However, the night we were there, we dined at Biff's Bistro and it was divine! The next morning, I made my boss come with me to a Tim Horton's for coffee and a doughnut. When in Canada, right? My quick trip to Toronto served as inspiration for this outfit post. How about a Canadian tuxedo, eh? I rediscovered this jacket that was purchased a few months back. Totally forgot I even had it in my wardrobe! Don't you love when that happens?

Have a wonderful weekend people!

Outfit Ideas:

Mirrored Aviators: Ray-Ban from Piperlime (old), $93. Found on Overstock.com, $116.99.

Eiffel Tour Necklace: Blue Lemon Paris (early bday gift from my Parisienne friend).

Faded Chambray: Loft (old). Check out the selection of chambray shirts at Loft, most on sale at 40% off!

Canvas Jacket: Jack by BB Dakota from Calico, $35! Nabbed this during one of their sales and saved 50%! But GREAT NEWS. Found online at BB Dakota for $21!!!

Jeans: James Jeans (twiggy/silkstone touch legging) from Habit on the sale rack at $50 (originally $158 and still at this price on the James Jeans website). If you are ever in Southie, definitely stop Habit! You now I am a fan of Gap 1969 denim. So, I recommend the 1969 super stretch legging jeans, $79.95.

Booties: J Shoes from Anthropologie, $19.99. I purchased these last year during an end of season sale. It was a bit snug, so I handed them off to my friend Alison. But then this year, she gave them back to me because they were a bit snug on her. So I used this magical leather stretch spray which totally loosened the booties right up. Sisterhood of the traveling booties!
