The Brimfield Experience Finally, I made it to the Brimfield Antique Show! After years of enviously hearing about other people's trips to the show and all the great pics on IG, I decided that it was time I put this event on my calendar. So, this past Saturday, my friend Steph G and I jumped into my Mini and headed to the antique show where we met up with my friend Steph W, who drove in from Brooklyn. We spent about 4.5 hours browsing the varied wares offered by hundreds of vendors; definitely something for everyone. I think I spent half of the time there asking: "what is this" or "what does that do?" Luckily the vendors didn't seem too annoyed with me as I'm sure they get those same questions all day long. And the furniture! So many pieces I wanted to bring home but because Dan and I live in a 725 square foot condo and I drive a Mini, I could only dream about where they could go if we had more space. Anyhow, here are a few snaps from my day trip to the show. You bet I'll be going back for more! Knick-knacks galore! Every turn led to more treasures. Look all the way to the left. See the camera people? They were filming an episode of Flea Market Flip! I loved the nautical and vintage-y feel of this staged section! Pick your poison!! Who's with me?! I mean, seriously, how cute is this little chair?! I don't know much about scooters but my friend informed me that Lambretta's are rare finds. ABCDEFGHIJK..... Tee-hee The letters grave yard. Picked up an "R" for my gallery wall. Packed all of our loot into this bus I purchased and headed home. Peace out Brimfield!! (Totally kidding about the bus.)
