Denim Button Down: Banana Republic, $48.65 (used a 30% coupon).  This shirt is still available at Banana Republic.  If you have a Gap, BR or Old Navy store card, you can get 10% off on Tuesdays.  Every now and then they'll email you a 40% coupon for regularly priced items.  So hold out!

Red Skinny Jeans: Seven for all Mankind from Rue La La, $99.  Piperlime has a great selection of red skinny jeans for $100 or less!  Again, if you have a Gap, BR or Old Navy car, you can get 10% off on Tuesdays!

Black Platform Pumps: Steve Madden from Marshall's, $25-ish (purchased a few years ago).  I found a very similar pair of platform black pumps at Target for $32.99.
