Faux Part Deux

Last week's work dress, is this week's play dress. I gave this faux wrap dress a quick make-under with existing pieces from my closet. This is what I call getting more bang for my buck; two for one deal; stretching the dollar; reducing cost per wear. Ya catch my drift? In an effort to edit my wardrobe and going for more versatility, it's pieces like this that are making their way into my closet.

But it's the existing staples in my closet that rounded out this outfit. My denim vest was a purchase made last summer and is the best go-to when I need to add a little edge to an outfit. Perfect for layering over maxi's, rompers and of course, dresses. And how about these slip-on sneaks? Chic and sporty without compromising comfort.

What's your go-to accent piece when you want to give your outfit a make-under?
