I am a big fan of consignment shopping. It’s a fiscally responsible and economic way to build your wardrobe without spending a lot of money. Going into a consignment store can be overwhelming and you gotta be in the right mood to riffle through racks to find that hidden gem. For my local readers, my favorite consignment store is Closet Connection located right in South Boston. The store is neatly organized and the owners are super nice and has a no-pressure sales approach. This definitely makes the shopping experience a lot less overwhelming. The best part is, if you have an account it’s like getting new duds for free!

Reminiscing about my mini-vaca in FLA…….Sunny warm weather meant that I could finally break out the spring/summer clothes. I filled my mini suitcase with some of my recent bargain buys during the Bloomingdale’s Friends and Family event (one of my favorite annual events!).
