Leather is everywhere this season. Whether it be full leather pieces or items adorned with leather bits, you can’t escape it. Embrace this edgy trend and release your inner bad ass. Easily elevate any ordinary outfit by infusing leather into your look. If you aren’t sure about the whole leather movement, start off small. Maybe a pair of leggings with a patch of quilted faux leather at the knees? Or a wool jacket with faux leather sleeves. Maybe mix in two trends and throw on a leather embellished sweatshirt. The possibilities are endless!
Featured here is another item from my 4am online purchase from the Phillip Lim for Target collaboration on launch day. I am quite impressed with the quality of the dress and it fits perfectly. I decided to wear this dress last weekend to a rehearsal dinner down on the Cape. The faux leather detail added a nice twist to a simple silhouette. It was also the perfect backdrop to showcase my new birthday accessories.
