Italia Part I

When Dan and I got married a little over a year and a half ago, we decided to honeymoon in the following year; gives us something else to look forward to. Besides, we got married in Puerto Rico, so that was essentially a mini-moon. This past October, our trip to Italia was a celebration of our one year of marriage as well as both of our birthdays (go Libras!). And here we are, 8 months later and I finally have a partial recap of the trip. No words or pictures will do this trip justice, but I’ll do my best. Enjoy!

Good-Bye Boston! Hello Bangalore!

In just a few short days, this American girl is India-bound! I was given the incredible opportunity to relocate to Bangalore for work for the next 3 months. I will definitely take advantage of every minute I am there to learn and explore. Dan will be joining me for a month in February and we have already planned our traveling itinerary.

Ocean City, NJ

Last Friday, I hopped on a plan and was Philly-bound (and eventually Jersey-bound) to meet up with Dan and our friends. At around 3PM, Dan texted me and told me that we were going to have a fantastic dinner. I immediately asked if we were going to Geno’s. When Dan answered “yes”, it was music to my ears. You see, I have always wanted a real Philly cheesesteak and my dream was becoming a reality in a mere few hours. That was just one of the many highlights of my weekend in Philly/Ocean City, NJ.
