Guys. I did it. I finally broke the gray sweater spell! I swapped in this cozy, camel colored, cable knit sweater with pockets. I don’t know what it is about pockets, but slap it onto any piece of clothing and I’ll go ga-ga for it. So when my mother-in-law asked me if I wanted this never been worn hand-me-down, I gladly took it off her friend’s hands. Apparently, my MIL and her friends frequent a Vineyard Vines warehouse sale annually. Her friend bought this sweater for her daughter and it ended up being to0 small for her. Which means, it’s a total score for me!
However, I was appalled when I saw the original ticket price! But I was assured that was not what was paid. Phew. Because I would not have been able to post this one on the blog 🙂 This is the perfect sweater for an easy weekend outfit. What’s easier than a pair of leggings and riding boots?
You are probably wondering what the deal is with the background on these pics. This is the site of one of my hubby’s latest real estate project. So while being given the tour, he snapped a few pics along the way. Why not kill two birds with one stone? We are all about multi-tasking. There’s just not enough time in a day! But let’s get through today and enjoy the weekend!
